What we cannot help with
We cannot give personalised nutrition, medical or training advice. These calculators are general estimates and we are not able to interpret them for your individual circumstances. For that, speak to a doctor or a registered dietitian.
Response time
This is a small independent project, so replies may take a few days. Genuine calculation errors are prioritised and usually fixed quickly.
